With the continuous growth in global demand for clean energy, battery technology, which is key to energy storage, is developing rapidly. Currently, lithium-ion batteries dominate the market, with their energy density continuing to increase. At the same time, new battery technologies such as solid-state batteries are also under continuous research and development, and are expected to further improve battery performance in the future.
Shenzhen Kejing, recognizing the importance of button cells, pouch cells, and cylindrical cells in the new energy sector, as well as the growing demand in the market for battery manufacturing processes and equipment, has organized multiple battery training programs to help participants better understand battery products and related processes. Currently, the Kejing Lecture Series has reached its tenth session, establishing connections with many enthusiasts passionate about new energy knowledge.
01. Icebreaker to welcome trainees, Kejing Five-Day Training Exhibition
The opening session included a detailed explanation of the course schedule to establish a training framework, as well as an enthusiastic welcome speech that truly conveyed the company’s sincerity to the visiting participants. Following the enthusiastic training opening ceremony, the participants gradually got into the groove through interactive games arranged by the instructors. Leaders from the company’s Product Department provided an in-depth explanation of Shenzhen Kejing products and guided the participants on a tour of the company’s production areas, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of the company. In the afternoon, the secrets of button battery manufacturing processes and equipment were thoroughly explained via PowerPoint, and the first exciting hands-on practical session began.

This training program focuses on the production processes and equipment for button cells, pouch cells, and cylindrical batteries. The content covers process explanations, equipment demonstrations, and hands-on practice. Participants will first learn the theoretical knowledge of button cells, pouch cells, and cylindrical batteries, gaining an initial understanding of battery slurry preparation, coating, rolling, punching, and weighing; winding, negative electrode spot welding, groove rolling, cap welding, electrolyte filling, static sealing, and internal resistance testing. They will immediately apply the theoretical knowledge they have learned to practical exercises, experiencing each preparation process firsthand, truly achieving the integration of theory and practice, applying knowledge to action, and uniting knowledge with practice. This training program focuses on the production processes and equipment products of button cells, soft-pack batteries, and cylindrical batteries, covering aspects such as process flow explanations, equipment product demonstrations, and practical operations. Participants will sequentially learn the theoretical knowledge of button cells, soft-pack batteries, and cylindrical batteries, gaining an initial understanding of battery slurry preparation, coating, rolling, punching, and weighing; winding, negative electrode spot welding, groove rolling, cap welding, electrolyte filling, static sealing, and internal resistance testing. They will immediately apply the theoretical knowledge they have learned to practical operations, experiencing each preparation process firsthand, truly bridging theory and practice, applying knowledge to real-world applications, and achieving unity of knowledge and action.

Over the course of the five-day training program, under the guidance and organization of Ke Jing staff, every participant gave their all, not only gaining a wealth of knowledge but also forming a group of like-minded friends.
Throughout the training program, participants demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm and engagement. They actively participated in class discussions, collaborated on group projects, and threw themselves into the experimental components of the program. Their positive attitude added a vibrant touch to the success of the event.
